Fear and Anxiety – Embrace to Erase:

Acknowledging our fears can be daunting. It’s our natural reaction to either run away (avoid) or battle (and thus struggle) with them.

KEY: Acknowledgement of our fears and their existence is the first step to realising they exist only because we allow them to. Try to ask what lesson your fear holds for you and then let it free.

TOP TIP: Wrestling or running away from our fears, only act to strengthen them. Embrace them to erase them!
