I was joined by Bill Beswick and Lee Carsley for two and a half hours of incredible insight.

Bill Beswick shared his incredible sports psychology knowledge and England Under 20 Coach Lee Carsley shared lessons from his career as a player and professional coach.

Lee Carsley

Lee Carsley is a former professional footballer who is currently assistant coach for the England U21 team. In a playing career lasting 17 years, he played for Everton, Blackburn, Derby and Birmingham as well as representing the Republic of Ireland at international level. Lee is a UEFA PRO coach.
